Si algún miembro del Consejo Directivo del Instituto tuviere interés directo en algún asunto, por ser propio, o de su cónyuge, o de sus parientes hasta el cuarto grado de. Consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad, o de sus socios, en sociedades distintas de las anónimas, estará impedido para actuar en el respectivo negocio. CAPITULO VI De la vigilancia fiscal y auditaje.
