Se entiende por parte legítima, de conformidad con el artículo 21 de la Ley 62 de 1928, el sujeto que en causa propia o como apoderado de otro, figura en determinado pleito o negocio como contraparte de aquel cuya matrícula pide que sea cancelada por el Tribunal Superior.
