Autorízase igualmente al Gobierno para que venda a las Empresas Unidas de Energía Eléctrica S. A., domiciliada en Bogotá, la zona o zonas de terreno de propiedad de la Nación, ocupadas por el mencionado Ferrocarril y sus anexidades y por la carretera nacional, entre las estaciones de Chusacá y San Miguel, en la parte que sea necesaria para el embalse de las aguas del río Muña, que proyectan construir dichas Empresas con el fin de regularizar los servicios de energía eléctrica de la capital de la República.
