Validación de licencias expedidas en el exterior . Se validarán licencias de navegación extranjeras a personal colombiano, para desempeñar labores a bordo de naves de bandera colombiana, solamente cuando existan acuerdos o convenios entre Colombia y el país donde se expidió la respectiva licencia y se cumplan los requisitos que establecen los reglamentos de la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria.
