°. Modificase el ordinal b) del artículo 1° del Decreto número 1049 de 1955 en el sentido de que el 22% de los activos totales de que allí se habla, se distribuirá así

Un 12% que se deberá, invertir en los valores y obligaciones que enumera el mismo ordinal b) del artículo citado:

Un 8% que se invertirá únicamente en cédulas hipotecarias o bonos industriales de garantía general, emitidos por bancos hipotecarios, y

Un 2% que se invertirá únicamente en bonos del "Banco Educativo Colombiano".
