Ley 121 de 1985 · Por la cual la Nación se asocia al primer centenario del Municipio de Belén de Umbría, en el Departamento de Risaralda, rinde tributo de admiración a sus fundadores y se dictan otras disposiciones.

A partir de la sanción de la presente Ley y, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los numerales 17 y 20 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, autorizase al Gobierno Nacional con el fin de que planifique y ponga en ejecución las siguientes obras de interés social y beneficio común para el Municipio de Belén de Umbría:

a)

Pavimentación carretera Remolinos-Belén- Puente Umbría-Mistrató.

b)

Construcción Centro Administrativo Municipal.

c)

Construcción Cárcel Nacional.

d)

Construcción carretera Providencia-Cuanza.

e)

Terminación y dotación Casa de la Cultura.

f)

Terminación Estadio Municipal.

g)

Construcción Polideportivo.
