Son órganos de dirección y administración

La Junta Directiva;

El representante legal, y e) El Director del Fondo. Cada uno de estos órganos desempeñará sus funciones dentro de las facultades y atribuciones que le confieren los presentes estatutos, el Decreto-Ley 444 de 1967, el Decreto Extraordinario 2366 de 1974 y demás normas concordantes, las resoluciones reglamentarias que dicte la misma Junta Directiva y el contrato firmado entre el Gobierno Nacional y el Banco de la República el 10 de abril de 1967.
