El artículo 1º de la Ley 66 de 1982 modificado por el artículo 10 de la Ley 77 de 1985 quedará así:

"Artículo 1º. Objeto y valor de la emisión. Autorízase a la Asamblea del Departamento del Tolima para que ordene la emisión de la estampilla "Pro Universidad del Tolima" hasta por la suma de cien mil millones de pesos ($10.000.000.000) a valor constante a la fecha de expedición de la presente ley.
