Concédase un descuento del 20% del valor de la cuota de compensación militar que corresponda, a los hijos o custodios legales de los Reservistas de Honor sin Pensión de Invalidez, sin Asignación de Retiro y de aquellos miembros de la Fuerza Pública que hayan participado en nombre de la República de Colombia en conflictos Internacionales.
