Adiciónase al artículo 2º del Decreto 1051 del 21 de junio de 1995, en el sentido de que el objeto del contrato de áreas exclusivas incluirá también la distribución de gas combustible por red a los usuarios no residenciales distintos de los grandes consumidores, conforme a la reglamentación que para el efecto expida la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas.
