Como consecuencia de la declaratoria de nulidad del Decreto 4040 de 2004, los servidores que venían percibiendo la bonificación de gestión judicial, percibirán a partir de la fecha de ejecutoria de dicha sentencia, la bonificación por compensación de que trata el presente decreto, en lo mismos términos y condiciones señaladas para su reconocimiento.
