Reconocimiento de pensiones. Será función del Banco del Estado S. A., en Liquidación, reconocer las pensiones a su cargo, a partir del momento en que se lleve a cabo la conmutación pensional, el reconocimiento de las pensiones y su pago pasará a la entidad con la cual se realice la conmutación pensional.
