º . Obligación de expedir boleta fiscal . Los responsables del Régimen Simplificado del impuesto sobre las ventas, y quienes realizan operaciones excluidas del gravamen del IVA, cuando hayan obtenido en el año inmediatamente anterior ingresos brutos inferiores a $42.000.000,00 (año base 2000), deberán expedir Boleta Fiscal como documento equivalente a la factura, por cada operación de venta de bienes o prestación de servicios, superior a cuarenta mil pesos ($40.000,00), sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones tributarías establecidas para cada uno de ellos.
