Ley 96 de 1880 · Que aumenta la pensión de las hijas lejítimas del militar de la Independencia Coronel Joaquín Garcés

Artículo único. Auméntase a ochenta pesos mensuales la pension de que disfrutan las señorítas Hersília, María Josefa, Susana, Laura, Ana María i Vitalia Garces, hijas lejitimas del Coronel Joaquín Garces, militar de la Independencia.

Parágrafo

Dicha pension será divisible por iguales partes entre las agraciadas i gozarán de ella mientras permanezcan solteras, i si alguna o algunas se casaren acrecerá a las otras el derecho a la pension a todas concedida.
