Por la Comisión Sexta del honorable Senado de la República los Senadores Félix Salcedo Baldión y Francisco Salazar Buchelli.

2.

Por la Comisión Sexta Cámara de Representantes, los Representantes Javier Alfonso García Bejarano y Rodrigo Gutiérrez Gil.

3.

El Ministro de Comunicaciones.

4.

El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.

5.

El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.

6.

Como expertos en telecomunicaciones, desígnase a los doctores Víctor Beltrán Martínez y Felipe Zuleta Lleras.
