Suprímese la Oficina Postal y Telegráfica de San Pablo ( Departamento de Antioquia ) , y créase la de Guarumo, en el mismo Departamento, con el mismo personal y asignaciones mensuales que hoy tiene la que se suprime. El presente Decreto empezará a regir cinco días después de su fecha. Comuníquese y publíquese.
