CONSEJOS REGIONALES DE PLANIFICACION PARA LAS INTENDENCIAS Y COMISARIAS. En aquellas regiones de planificación que se creen en desarrollo de la Ley 76 de 1985, en las que participe una o varias Intendencias o Comisarías, hará parte del respectivo Consejo Regional de Planificación el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías o su delegado, quien la presidirá en ausencia del Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación .
