Sesiones. Con el fin de realizar seguimiento a las acciones establecidas en el Plan de Acción Anual, el Comité Técnico se deberá reunir cada tres (3) meses en condiciones de normalidad y de manera extraordinaria cuando sea citado por la Secretaría Técnica, conforme con lo indicado en su reglamento interno. Este Comité sesionará con más de la mitad de sus miembros y decidirá por mayoría simple.
