Artículo décimocuarto. Las autoridades de Policía y en especial las de Circulación y Transito, donde las hubiere, serán las encargadas de cumplir y hacer cumplir las disposiciones sobre servicio público de transporte e que trata el presente Decreto, de conformidad con la reglamentación que se haga de este Servicio.
