Recursos provenientes de donaciones y de cooperación internacional. La administración y ejecución de los recursos provenientes de donaciones y de cooperación internacional se someterán a las reglas señaladas en el Decreto Reglamentario Único del Sector Administrativo de Planeación Nacional, en el cual se compiló el Decreto 1510 de 2013.
