Sanciones . La violación de lo dispuesto en el plan de ordenación y manejo de la cuenca hidrográfica, acarreará para los infractores, la imposición de las medidas preventivas y/o sancionatorias establecidas en el artículo 85 de la Ley 99 de 1993.
