Durante la vigencia de este Presupuesto, las ordenaciones de gastos que de conformidad con el artículo 19 de la Ley 64 de 1931 , somete mensualmente al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público a la aprobación del Consejo de Ministros no podrán hacerse por suma mayor de la duodécima parte del monto total de las apropiaciones, o que, acumuladas con las ordenaciones anteriores y adiciones, exceda el total de las duodécimas hasta el mes a que correspondan.
