°. Distribución de empleos temporales . El Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) distribuirá los cargos de la planta temporal a que hace referencia el artículo primero del presente decreto mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas de la entidad
