De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la Ley 7ª de 1944, el "Tratado sobre el Registro Internacional de Obras Audiovisuales", adoptado en Ginebra el 18 de abril de 1989, que por el artículo 1° de esta Ley se aprueba, obligará al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional.
