°. A partir del 1° de enero de 1931, el impuesto sobre el consumo de gasolina importada se cobrará a la tasa expresada en el artículo 8° del presente decreto. El pago se hará en la respectiva aduana en la forma establecida actualmente. Además, la gasolina que se importe seguirá pagando los mismos derechos de importación que paga actualmente.
