Plan de Manejo Zoosanitario . Todos los zoocriaderos con la especie Hélix aspersa en ciclo cerrado, abierto y mixto, deberán presentar ante el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario - ICA - el Plan de Manejo Sanitario a desarrollar, de conformidad con las directrices que para el efecto establezca dicha entidad.

Parágrafo

Los zoocriaderos que a la fecha de publicación del presente decreto estén en funcionamiento tendrán el término de doce (12) meses para presentar ante el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario - ICA - el plan de manejo sanitario respectivo.
