Art. 13. No adquieren derecho á viáticos los individuos que estando en desempeño de alguna comision ó empleo remunerado por el Gobierno, sean elegidos miembros del Congreso durante el tiempo de su comision; pero los empleados del servicio diplomático y consular podrán elegir entre el viático que le señala la ley ó el que les corresponda conforme el presente derecho.
