ARTICULO 6o Causales de invalidez. Son causales de invalidez en los procesos disciplinarios

Carencia de competencia del funcionario investigador o de la unidad investigadora.

Ausencia o indebida notificación del pliego de cargos, de su ampliación o del auto de vinculación.

Falta de decisión sobre petición de pruebas solicitadas oportunamente.
