Articulo segundo. Ampliase el termino fijado en el articulo 22 del Decreto 3486 de 1981, hasta el 15 de diciembre de 1983 para que las respectivas juntas reguladoras de matriculas y pensiones, decidan lo correspondiente sobre las solicitudes de aprobación de tarifas que se encuentren en trámite a la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto y por el año de 1983.
