Decreto 2437 de 1983 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Título V de la Ley 9ª de 1979, en cuanto a Producción, Procesamiento, Transporte y Comercialización de la Leche

Inspección y expedición . Recibida la solicitud, el funcionario competente realizará una inspección sanitaria al vehículo o tanque correspondiente en la cual constará el cumplimiento de las condiciones sanitarias y requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto levantando el acta respectiva.

Parágrafo

Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud dispondrán de un (1) mes para expedir la licencia sanitaria de transporte, contado a partir de la fecha de entrega de los documentos que acrediten los requisitos exigidos en el presente Decreto.
