Seguridad La prestación del servicio del transporte marítimo deberá cumplir las condiciones de seguridad establecidas en el Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984, sus normas reglamentarias, las disposiciones que lo complementen, modifiquen o adicionen, y en los convenios y acuerdos internacionales sobre la materia aprobados por Colombia, así como por los acuerdos de control suscritos por las autoridades competentes.
