Los Oficiales, Suboficiales y Marinería de la Armada Nacional que presten sus servicios en las dependencias del Departamento de Ingeniería de Unidades a flote, así como en el Departamento de Administración en el ramo de cocina de las mismas unidades, tendrán derecho a una prima de calor del diez por ciento (10%) del sueldo básico mensual correspondiente a su grado.
