Art. 13. Se declaran tambien de contrabando los efectos que conduzca un buque que sea sorprendido en alta mar, en una rada o ensenada, o en un puerto donde no haya Aduana, con una o mas embarcaciones a su rededor, o atracadas a su costado, que no sean de las del uso del buque ni enviadas con permiso del Jefe de la Aduana.

Al buque, embarcaciones, Capitan, patron i a los aprendices i auxiliadores se les impondrán las penas que establece el artículo 12 de éste Código
