Prestaciones económicas y asistenciales del sistema general de riesgos laborales. Las personas de que trata la presente sección tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones económicas y asistenciales del sistema general de riesgos laborales establecidas en el Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994, en la Ley 776 de 2002, en la Ley 1562 de 2012 y en las demás normas que las modifiquen o sustituyan.
