Artículo único. El conocimiento de los juicios que se sigan contra los Administradores departamentales de las Rentas reorganizadas, con arreglo á lo que dispone el Decreto número 883 de 26 de Julio de 1907, asignase á los Jueces Superiores de rentas, en primera instancia, y al Juez de Ejecuciones fiscales en segunda.
