º. Adiciónase el artículo 2º del Decreto 678 de 1972, así: e). Otorgar préstamos para la renovación o subdivisión de unidades de vivienda ya existentes, cuando el costo de la renovación o subdivisión de cada unidad no exceda de 500 Unidades de Poder Adquisitivo Constante (UPAC) y f). Financiar obras de urbanismo destinadas a la vivienda de la clase económica media y popular.
