ARTICULO 1o. Competencia para la liquidación. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 19 de la Ley 35 de 1993, a partir de la vigencia de dicha Ley es competencia de los liquidadores adelantar bajo su inmediata dirección y responsabilidad los procesos de liquidación forzosa administrativa de entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria.
