°. La Unidad Especial deberá rendir un informe semestral sobre el cumplimiento de sus funciones a la Comisión de Coordinación Interinstitucional para el control del Lavado de Activos. Esta Comisión emitirá un pronunciamiento sobre el anterior reporte, el cual será incorporado en el informe que, la Secretaría Ejecutiva de la Comisión debe rendir semestralmente al Presidente de la República.
