Art. 211. El auto en que se haya admitido una tercería se notificará personalmente al ejecutante, al ejecutado al que hizo la oposición, y á los demás opositores admitidos, que tengan interés en unos mismos bienes, procediéndose según el caso, conforme á los artículos 201 y 202. El auto en que se niegue una tercería se notificará como en los casos comunes, considerándose ésta como un incidente del juicio ejecutivo.
