Subsidio familiar. Para efectos del reconocimiento del subsidio familiar de que trata el artículo 54 del decreto 613 de 1977, el interesado formulará por escrito la solicitud correspondiente a la Dirección General de la Policía, acompañado las actas de registro civil debidamente autenticadas, o las pruebas supletorias aceptadas por la ley, en las que conste el matrimonio valido en Colombia o el nacimiento de cada uno de los hijos.
