Podrá el Gobierno aprobar los contratos que se hayan celebrado por el Ministerio o por agentes autorizados, sobre permisos para edificar, o de arreglos con los ocupantes de lotes pertenecientes a los bienes mencionados en el Artículo 4, siempre que se ajusten a las facultades que le confiere la presente Ley.
