° Recibido el expediente con concepto de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, tendrá el Ministerio de Gobierno un termino de quince días para dictar la resolución en que se conceda o se niegue la extradición solicitada.

Parágrafo

El concepto negativo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia obligará al Gobierno; pero si fuere favorable a la extradición, lo dejará en libertad de obrar según las conveniencias nacionales.
