Art. 79. Las faltas absolutas o temporales de los Ministros pueden llevarse por nombramiento de propietario o interino, según el caso.

Puede también el Presidente confiar el despacho de un Ministerio a otro de los Ministros o al Subsecretario respectivo.

En caso de falta accidental firmará el Subsecretario u otro Ministro.
