Artículo único. Autorízase al señor Secretario del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Publico para que, mientras dure ausente de la capital el señor Ministro del ramo en desempeño de sus funciones oficiales, firme por él todos los asuntos urgentes del Despacho. Comuníquese y publíquese.
