° Los aumentos previstos en el artículo primero de la Ley 87 de 1961 para los pensionados que cumplan sesenta (60) años de edad con posterioridad a la vigencia de dicha Ley, se reconocerán y pagarán desde la fecha en que el pensionado cumpla dicha edad.
