° Modificase el artículo 108 de la Ley 92 de 1948, en el sentido de que los alumnos de la Escuela naval de Cadetes no disfrutarán del sueldo básico mensual que allí les fue señalado. Los Cadetes Navales y los Guardiamarina recibirán durante el año lectivo La cantidad individual de diez pesos ($ 10) y quince pesos ($ 15), respectivamente, mensuales, como auxilio para gastos menores.
