° El Poder Ejecutivo nombrará los individuos que deban componer la banda a propuesta del Jefe de ella, pero será una condicion indispensable para pertenecer a la banda enunciada, la de que los que pretendan serlo se sometan en todo i para todo a la disciplina militar i a las disposiciones reglamentarias del Ejército. Queda en estos términos reformada toda otra disposicion sobre organizacion de bandas del Ejército.
