Decreto 3260 de 2004 · por el cual se adoptan medidas para optimizar el flujo de recursos en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.

° . Giro de los recursos de la Subcuenta de Solidaridad del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, Fosyga . Los recursos de la Subcuenta de Solidaridad del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, Fosyga, asignados para cofinanciar la afiliación al Régimen Subsidiado, se girarán a los fondos municipales, distritales o departamentales de salud, por trimestre anticipado dentro de los diez (10) primeros días de cada trimestre y conforme al período contractual.

Parágrafo

El giro de los recursos correspondientes al primer trimestre de cada vigencia fiscal se efectuará a más tardar el día 10 de febrero del respectivo año.
