Las pensiones que con carácter de sanción se causen por sentencia judicial a favor de algún trabajador oficial, deberán ser pagadas directamente por la entidad causante de tal prestación y no por las Cajas. Si dicho trabajador se reintegrare posteriormente al servicio, podrá solicitar la reliquidación de la pensión, pero sólo por el mayor valor, si lo hubiere.
