Prima de Riesgo. El personal carcelario y penitenciario a que se refiere el artículo 6° del presente decreto, tendrá derecho a una Prima de Riesgo que no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto legal, equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) de la asignación o sueldo básico mensual.
